Privacy Policy

The Attorney Group is deeply committed to your right to privacy and takes your privacy seriously. We have very strict privacy policies and we strive to keep your personal and financial information secure.

This Privacy Policy ('Privacy Policy') covers The Attorney Group's treatment of personally identifiable information that The Attorney Group collects when you are on The Attorney Group website (the 'Site'), and when you use The Attorney Group's services.

We will NEVER sell or rent your name, email address or personal information to any third party except to fulfill your order, unless specifically authorized by you. We are audited by some of the top internet security companies. Only authorized employees may access your information. All employees are required to adhere to our strict privacy policies and any employee who violates the Privacy Policy is subject to termination and other disciplinary measures, up to and including criminal prosecution for their violation.

Traffic Data and Information. The Attorney Group uses a number of internal and third-party methods to recognize visitor data like IP addresses and browser settings (collectively 'Visitor Data'). The Attorney Group's internal servers and software automatically recognize Visitor Data. No Personally Identifiable Information (as defined below) is revealed in this process. The Site may also use Visitor Data to compile traffic data about the kind and types of visitors who use the Site at specific intervals (collectively 'Traffic Data').

From time to time, The Attorney Group may use the standard cookie feature of major browser applications and third-party providers or employ internally developed cookies and tracking codes that allow The Attorney Group to store a small piece of data on a visitor's computer about his or her visit to the Site. The Attorney Group does not capture Personally Identifiable Information in cookies or use cookies to mine Personally Identifiable Information.

We may use Traffic Data information to analyze our Site traffic, but such information is not examined for Personally Identifiable Information. We may also use Traffic Data to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer our Site, or to display content according to your preferences. Traffic and transaction information may also be shared with business partners, affiliates, and/or advertisers on an aggregated and anonymous basis.

Personal Information. The Attorney Group requires each customer to provide us with personal information (collectively 'Personally Identifiable Information') to access and use The Attorney Group's products and services. Personally Identifiable Information is captured only when a visitor signs in to the system and willingly discloses such information in the Personal Profile section of the Site or responds to questions to complete an order.

Personally Identifiable Information includes, but is not limited to: (i) 'Contact Data' (such as your name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number, and email address); (ii) 'Financial Data' (such as your credit card number, expiration date, and verification code); (iii) 'Demographic Data' (such as your zip code and gender); and (iv) other 'Legal Data' (such as your social security number, mortgage information, automobile information, marital information, trade secrets, inventions, and/or idea submissions and other sensitive information necessary to generate proper legal documents). This Personally Identifiable Information is necessary to generate the products and services you create.

Please be advised that certain personal information becomes public record when documents are filed with the federal government, the state, or a court. For example, the corporate name, business address, and registered agent name become public information when articles of incorporation are filed. In many cases, a Secretary of State will provide this information to third parties for a fee. The US Patent and Trademark Office will also publish the names and addresses of trademark registrants. In some states, fictitious business names, including the name and address of the business owner, must be published in a newspaper. The Attorney Group's Privacy Policy does not cover actions by these third parties.

Use of Personal Information. The Attorney Group, sometimes with third party assistance, may use your Personally Identifiable Information to verify your identity and process your order and payment through merchant account services, to generate the products and services, and to analyze our customer demographics to better serve you. Your Contact Data may be used to follow up with you on transactions initiated on the Site, respond to inquiries made through the Site, inform you of changes to the Site, and send you additional information about The Attorney Group and its products. Unless specifically authorized by you, we do not provide Personally Identifiable Information to third parties, except as necessary to provide you with services. We may be required to disclose information to third parties if we receive a subpoena or to otherwise comply with the law.

Please note that Contact Data and Traffic Data are used to gather general statistics about our customers and visitors, respectively, to enhance the consumer experience on the Site. We may also use Demographic Data in a way that does not identify you specifically or allow you to be contacted but that provides collective information about our users. For example, we may inform third parties about the number of registered users, number of unique visitors, and the pages most frequently browsed.

Opting Out. You may choose not to provide us with any Personally Identifiable Information or you may turn off cookies in your browser by changing its settings.

If you do not wish to receive information and/or promotional materials from The Attorney Group or from our partners, you may choose to 'opt-out' when you create your account or may unsubscribe from our mailing list on any one of the promotions or other materials we send.
